AUDIT COMMITTEE - The audit committee shall be comprised of the newly elected President, Vice-President and Secretary. This committee is to review and audit the Treasurer's accounts, prepare a report to be presented to the members not later than the fall meeting (usually August) of each year.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE - The nominating committee shall be comprised of three members. This committee is to find and recommend directors to be elected at the Annual Meeting which shall be held 30 days prior to June 15. These recommendations are to be announced prior to the annual meeting and nominations may be made from the floor of the meeting.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE - The membership committee shall be comprised of two or more members. This committee shall prepare the membership form annually, organize membership drives and report at the monthly meeting all activity.  It shall supply a list of members to the Athletic Director Secretary and the Club Secretary.

MERCHANDISE COMMITTEE - The merchandise committee shall be comprised of at least one Director and one or more members. This committee is responsible for selecting merchandise for purchase, inventory accuracy, reporting activities to the Director on the committee and reporting all activity at the monthly meeting. In addition, this committee shall schedule workers and set up for all football home games and set up for unscheduled events that provide
opportunities for sale. The Director is responsible for overseeing purchases and submitting the appropriate invoices to the Treasurer for payment. In addition, the Director shall provide all monies collected to the Treasurer.

50/50 RAFFLE COMMITTEE - The 50/50 raffle committee shall be comprised of at least one Director and one or more members. This committee is responsible for preparing for sales and scheduling workers at all football home games and for other events as requested. The Director, one member and the Treasurer will be responsible for ensuring a double count of the monies collected and disbursing the appropriate monies. This committee is also responsible for obtaining information on the winners to be filed with the Boone County Il Treasurer.

CONCESSION COMMITTEE - The concession committee shall be comprised of one or more members and shall work closely with the Concessions Manager.  This committee is responsible for scheduling workers or finding a sport specific representative to schedule such workers at all home games.
